 Rental Season Rates for 2025
 

​Pre-Season      $1,500 per week June 7-June 21
Summer            $2,400 per week June 21 -July 12
Peak Season    $2,500 per week July 12 - August 9
Summer            $2,400 per week August 9- August 23
Post-Season    $1,900 per week August 23-Sept. 27

Winter Rental $1,700 per month

Requirements: First month’s rent, a refundable one month security deposit, a signed leased from October 2025 to May 31, 2026 and a refundable cleaning deposit of $350.
