Additional Information:
Guests supply their own bed linens and towels.
Pillows and blankets are provided.

We ask our guests to leave Studio B as clean as it was upon arrival.
A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $100 is required of all renters.
Pets are not permitted.
No smoking, RVs/Trailers/Tents.

Rental Season Rates for 2026
 

​Pre-Season      $1,700 per week June 13-June 20
Summer            $2,500 per week June 20-July 11
Peak Season    $2,600 per week July 11-August 8
Summer            $2,500 per week August 8- August 22
Post-Season    $2,200 per week August 22-September 26

Winter Rental $1,800 per month  
Available from October 2026 to May 31, 2027

Utilities NOT included are Heat, Hot Water and Electric.
NOTE: Enjoy cost savings with our Tankless on Demand Hot Water System which eliminates the cost of electric hot water.                          
 

Pets are NOT PERMITTED
No Smoking/No RVs/Trailers/Tents
 

Requirements: First month’s rent, a refundable one month security deposit, a signed leased from October 2026 to May 31, 2027 and a refundable cleaning deposit of $350.
